  • Turnaround times vary by service:

    • Resume packages: 3–5 business days

    • Career Clarity + Resume: 5–7 business days

      Rush service (48 hours) is available for select services at an additional cost.

    • Within 12 hours of payment: Full refund if no work has started

    • Between 12–24 hours: Partial refund (up to 50%) depending on progress

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are in CAD and subject to change without notice.

We accept:

5. Refund Policy

  • Within 12 hours: Full refund if no work has started

  • 12–24 hours: Partial refund (up to 50%) based on work completed

  • After 24 hours: No refunds

  • Rush services: Non-refundable

6. Revisions

Services include a set number of revisions (1–2 depending on package). Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the draft. Additional revisions may be purchased.

8. Intellectual Property
